Candidates should possess extensive experience—7 to 10+ years—in live event production including premieres, brand activations, and experiential events. The position requires proficiency in managing multiple simultaneous projects, strong client communication skills, budget development and management expertise, leadership capabilities with production teams and vendors, and a robust understanding of technical production elements such as staging, lighting, audio, and video. Being highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused is critical to performing successfully in this fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Flexibility to travel and work varied hours is required.
