This position involves close collaboration with Production Managers, touring personnel, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate the logistical aspects of events, manage budgets, and oversee administrative processes. Ideal candidates are highly organized professionals who thrive in a fast-paced live event environment and enjoy balancing the dynamic responsibilities of production operations alongside financial and administrative duties.

You will review artist and tour riders to ensure that dressing room, hospitality, and backstage needs are met efficiently. As the primary point of contact for touring personnel, vendors, caterers, and various internal departments, you will facilitate clear communication and contribute to smooth and successful event execution.

Scheduling and participating in production meetings—both in-person and virtually—will be part of your routine, along with assisting in expense report preparation and other administrative projects that support the production team. Your proactive support across all operational facets ensures the success of Live Nation’s high-profile events. This role demands flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
