Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where applicable
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Completion of required training and certifications
- Ability to handle cash and merchandise accurately
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and safety protocols
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds
- Willingness to complete ongoing training
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Completion or progress toward cast certification program
- Completion of legally required state or local training for serving alcohol
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- Good public speaking skills
- Effective listening and clear response abilities
- Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
- Problem identification and decision making skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication with customers and team
- Time management and goal setting skills
Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Operate concession stand including alcohol sales
- Adhere to all laws regarding serving alcohol
- Know and apply coupons and promotions
- Promote Regal Crown Club Program
- Follow MPAA rating system
- Provide exceptional guest service
- Handle monies and merchandise accurately
- Operate and clean concession equipment
- Use concession storerooms properly
- Follow MSDS guidelines for cleaning materials
- Perform concession opening and closing procedures
- Follow emergency, evacuation, and robbery procedures
- Use excellent sales techniques including upselling
- Handle counterfeit bill procedures correctly
- Comply with local, state and federal food safety laws
- Enforce dress code policies
- Ensure guest satisfaction by greeting and thanking guests
- Maintain accuracy of cash drawers and inventory
- Operate popper correctly and know emergency procedures
- Comply with federal and state laws for breaks and meal periods
- Complete cast certification training and ongoing training materials
