The position available is for a Full-Time Guest Service Expert within the Food and Beverage sector. This non-management role focuses on creating memorable, seamless dining experiences for guests. The Guest Service Expert plays a vital role in supporting all facets of food service by preparing tables, assisting in the kitchen, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas. Beyond the basic duties of serving food, this role is pivotal in ensuring that every guest’s experience is unique and enjoyable through proactive service and attention to detail. Working in this role involves dynamic physical activity including standing, walking, lifting items up to 50 pounds, and performing motions like bending, twisting, and reaching to ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
