Job Requirements

  • two to three years experience in food and beverage
  • strong understanding of wine and beverage programs
  • knowledge of MICROS point-of-sale system preferred
  • TABC certification
  • Food Handlers certification
  • US work authorization unless currently a manager at a Four Seasons location
  • ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • two to three years experience working in food and beverage
  • strong knowledge of wine and beverage programs
  • knowledge of MICROS preferred
  • strong business acumen
  • TABC and Food Handlers Certifications required
  • US work authorization required unless currently a Four Seasons manager

Job Duties

  • oversee the overall customer experience and satisfaction in the Live Oak bar
  • manage a team of employees including training, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes
  • ensure smooth operation of the bar during all shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • maintain knowledge and implementation of wine and beverage programs
  • utilize MICROS systems to manage transactions and operations
  • foster a cooperative and respectful team environment
  • contribute to the continuous improvement of service standards
