Job Requirements
- two to three years experience in food and beverage
- strong understanding of wine and beverage programs
- knowledge of MICROS point-of-sale system preferred
- TABC certification
- Food Handlers certification
- US work authorization unless currently a manager at a Four Seasons location
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- two to three years experience working in food and beverage
- strong knowledge of wine and beverage programs
- knowledge of MICROS preferred
- strong business acumen
- TABC and Food Handlers Certifications required
- US work authorization required unless currently a Four Seasons manager
Job Duties
- oversee the overall customer experience and satisfaction in the Live Oak bar
- manage a team of employees including training, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes
- ensure smooth operation of the bar during all shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- maintain knowledge and implementation of wine and beverage programs
- utilize MICROS systems to manage transactions and operations
- foster a cooperative and respectful team environment
- contribute to the continuous improvement of service standards
