The role of Production Runner within the US Concerts division at Live Nation Entertainment is a crucial support position responsible for facilitating the smooth operation of live concerts and shows. This position entails executing a variety of errands and production-related tasks that contribute to the overall excellence and seamless delivery of live events. Confidentiality is paramount due to direct interactions with high-profile artists and sensitive production details.

In this dynamic role, the Production Runner supports the production team by coordinating and delivering food and beverages to artists, transporting essential equipment and paperwork, maintaining cleanliness and order backstage and on the stage, and assisting in various stage production duties including managing show passes and guest lists. The individual will also work closely with the Green Room Server to attend to the needs of the artists, and actively participate in opening, running, and closing duties adhering to company policies. This role demands a keen awareness of all ongoing music and promotional events in the venue, the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, often noisy environment, and maintaining a professional and pleasant demeanor at all times.

  • Coordinate and deliver food and beverage to the band or talent
