Job Description

Our company is a dedicated senior care provider committed to improving the lives of aging adults throughout Will County, South Cook County, Grundy County, and the surrounding areas. We specialize in offering compassionate, reliable, and professional caregiving services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients and their families. Our team is deeply rooted in community care, driven by a mission to relieve the burden families often face when caring for loved ones with dementia or other age-related challenges. We value financial stability, flexibility, and a supportive work environment that empowers caregivers to thrive while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

We are currently seeking individuals to join our Recruitment & Retention team as Caregivers, with full-time and part-time positions available. This role offers a competitive daily wage ranging from $195 to $292.50, reflecting our commitment to providing excellent compensation for a crucial role in senior care. Our caregivers enjoy a strong support system that includes 24/7 assistance, paid training, ongoing education, and orientation to ensure they are fully prepared to excel and grow within their roles.

The caregiver position demands compassionate, dependable individuals who can provide companionship, assist with light housekeeping, prepare meals, and offer medication reminders, transportation, and errands running. Special emphasis is placed on supporting clients with Alzheimer’s or Dementia through specialized care and assistance with activities of daily living. We foster a positive and nurturing work environment that encourages career advancement opportunities within the senior care field. Our team members are valued, supported, and appreciated for their dedication to enhancing the wellbeing and quality of life for our aging community members.

Joining our team means becoming part of an organization guided by empathy and commitment, where your work directly impacts the lives of those who need it most. We understand the importance of flexibility and offer scheduling options tailored to fit your lifestyle. Whether you are an experienced caregiver or just starting your career in senior care, our comprehensive training programs will equip you with the skills and confidence to succeed.
