Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in food and beverage service
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Legal age to serve alcohol

- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all beverage products and cocktail history to engage and educate guests
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure product quality and seamless service
- Manage bar inventory and supplies efficiently
- Create a welcoming and approachable atmosphere at the bar
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Support the team with a cooperative and respectful attitude
