Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior bartending experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards in food and beverage service
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Legal age to serve alcohol

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, ingredients, and mixology techniques
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all beverage products and cocktail history to engage and educate guests
  • Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure product quality and seamless service
  • Manage bar inventory and supplies efficiently
  • Create a welcoming and approachable atmosphere at the bar
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Support the team with a cooperative and respectful attitude
