Rocket Farm Restaurants is a reputable and dynamic restaurant group known for its inclusive and respectful culture that values every employee as much as it values its guests. The philosophy driving Rocket Farm Restaurants is: "We serve the person who is serving the guest." This core belief shapes the way team members interact with each other and work together. Employees are treated with dignity, respect, and care, fostering a positive workplace where collaboration and mutual support are paramount. This culture is not just about customer service on the floor but starts behind the scenes in the kitchen and amongst colleagues, ensuring a cohesive and motivated team exist at every level. The Rocket Farm family offers team members a supportive culture and ethical working environment where growth, learning, and advancement are prioritized.
Among the distinguished establishments under the Rocket Farm umbrella is Little Rey, a vibrant and casual dining spot inspired by Northern Mexican cuisine. Little Rey is the younger sister restaurant of Superica, with its signature wood-roasted "chicken al carbon" at the heart of its menu. The restaurant exudes an inviting atmosphere where guests can enjoy delicious, authentic dishes in a lively, welcoming space.
Little Rey is actively seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and outgoing service team members to join its ranks. The available role of Attendant is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with guests and providing exceptional service. Attendants at Little Rey are expected to perform all steps of service diligently, including taking and ringing in orders while creating extraordinary guest experiences. The position requires a positive attitude, a readiness to anticipate guests’ needs, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment. While prior experience in restaurants or guest relations training is preferred, the company welcomes all motivated individuals willing to learn and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
This role offers competitive compensation starting at $18 per hour and up, depending on experience and capability. Employees at Little Rey can expect a range of benefits designed to support both their professional and personal lives. This includes dynamic performance-based raises and promotions, paid time off during major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day, and dining discounts across Rocket Farm Restaurants located in Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, Houston, Raleigh, and Winter Park.
Additionally, Rocket Farm Restaurants provide unique opportunities for professional growth through Rocket Farm University, which features specialized leadership training and personalized career advancement support. Employees also participate in mentorship programs, advisory councils, and safety committees, helping to shape a workplace where voices are heard and valued.
After one year of employment, staff members receive additional benefits such as paid time off, childbirth recovery leave, parental leave, and comprehensive medical coverage including major medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. These benefits underscore Rocket Farm’s commitment to a healthy work-life balance and the well-being of its employees.
