Job Description

Rocket Farm Restaurants is a dynamic and culture-driven restaurant group known for its dedication to hospitality and operational excellence. At the heart of the organization is the core philosophy: "We serve the person who is serving the guest." This guiding principle shapes a workplace culture that emphasizes dignity, respect, and care among team members, creating an environment as warm and supportive behind the scenes as it is welcoming to guests. Rocket Farm Restaurants believes that the quality of service delivered to guests is a direct reflection of how team members are treated, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere throughout each restaurant. Little Rey, a vibrant and ultra-casual restaurant inspired by Northern Mexican cuisine, is part of the Rocket Farm family. It is celebrated for its signature wood-roasted chicken al carbon and operates in several key markets including Atlanta, Houston, Nashville, and Raleigh.

Little Rey is currently seeking experienced Restaurant Leaders to join its rising team. This opportunity is ideal for accomplished General Managers or high-performing Assistant General Managers who are passionate about hospitality leadership and are looking to take on new challenges. The roles at Little Rey focus on building great teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence. Successful candidates will lead by example, cultivate a positive and approachable culture, and oversee a variety of critical operational facets including daily restaurant operations, staffing, training, coaching, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. Little Rey’s leaders are not only managers but also mentors, dedicated to developing future leaders and fostering an educational and collaborative work environment where both team members and guests can thrive.

Employment with Little Rey offers competitive compensation packages that vary by experience and market. General Managers can expect a salary range between $85,000 and $120,000 per year, while Assistant General Managers may earn between $70,000 and $85,000 annually, both supplemented by a generous quarterly bonus program. The company also prioritizes the well-being of its team by providing full benefits eligibility after 30 days of employment. These benefits include major medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.

As part of joining Rocket Farm Restaurants and Little Rey, employees will enjoy not only industry-leading compensation and benefits but also a supportive culture that promotes ethical work practices. Additional perks include performance-based raises and promotions, paid time off, childbirth recovery leave, parental leave, and significant long-term retention bonuses. This is a prime opportunity for hospitality professionals who value working in a respectful and inclusive environment and are eager to contribute to a thriving restaurant group that values people first.
