Job Description

Rocket Farm Restaurants is a renowned hospitality group dedicated to cultivating an inclusive and respectful culture that emphasizes serving every individual within its community, from team members to guests. Founded on the principle that the way team members treat one another is as important as how guests are served, Rocket Farm Restaurants fosters an environment where dignity, respect, and care frame daily interactions. This philosophy is not just an operational guideline but a cultural cornerstone that supports a positive, collaborative, and educational workplace for all employees. The group operates several vibrant dining establishments, each characterized by unique culinary inspirations and exceptional guest experiences, with a particular highlight being Little Rey, inspired by Northern Mexican cuisine. Little Rey is known for its ultra-casual atmosphere and signature wood-roasted chicken al carbon, embracing bold flavors and a welcoming environment across its locations in Atlanta, Houston, Nashville, and Raleigh. This thriving restaurant brand complements Rocket Farm's portfolio by bringing innovative, approachable dining experiences to a broad audience.

Little Rey is currently seeking experienced and passionate Restaurant Leaders to join their teams as General Managers and Assistant General Managers. These roles offer a fantastic opportunity for hospitality professionals committed to leading by example and developing future leaders while ensuring operational excellence. As part of the Rocket Farm family, these leaders will oversee daily restaurant functions including staffing, training, coaching, financial management, and guest satisfaction, always upholding the company's valued culture. The positions come with competitive compensation packages, including salary and quarterly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits after a short eligibility period. Relocation support is provided for candidates moving to the job locations, emphasizing Rocket Farm’s dedication to recruiting top talent across key markets. Embracing this role means engaging in a supportive workplace that values ethical leadership, performance-based advancement, extensive time-off policies, and discounts at multiple restaurant locations. Moreover, the company invests in its leaders through the Rocket Farm University, offering leadership development and enriching mentorship programs that promote career growth and employee wellness. This career represents an unparalleled chance to grow within a nationally respected restaurant group that prioritizes both team and guest experiences and values the dual commitment to operational success and people-centric leadership.
