Currently, Little Rey is looking for a driven Assistant General Manager to join its leadership team. The person in this role will play a crucial part in steering daily operations alongside or in the absence of the General Manager. This leadership position requires the ability to create a positive, open, and approachable environment for both staff and guests. The Assistant General Manager will oversee seating arrangements to maximize revenue, manage menu updates, and maintain exemplary service standards. A keen understanding of guest expectations and proactive problem-solving skills are essential for ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction.
Beyond operational tasks, the Assistant General Manager is a key contributor to the culture of continuous learning and development at Little Rey. This individual will train, mentor, and motivate the team, fostering an atmosphere that encourages professional growth and education. Ideal candidates will have at least five years of progressive experience in restaurant operations, including a minimum of two years in management roles, enabling them to handle complex challenges and drive performance.
Rocket Farm offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, dependent on experience, complemented by a generous quarterly bonus structure. Job Requirements
- minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- five years of progressive experience in restaurant operations
- at least two years in management positions
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
