Currently, Little Rey is looking for a driven Assistant General Manager to join its leadership team. The person in this role will play a crucial part in steering daily operations alongside or in the absence of the General Manager. This leadership position requires the ability to create a positive, open, and approachable environment for both staff and guests. The Assistant General Manager will oversee seating arrangements to maximize revenue, manage menu updates, and maintain exemplary service standards. A keen understanding of guest expectations and proactive problem-solving skills are essential for ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction.

Beyond operational tasks, the Assistant General Manager is a key contributor to the culture of continuous learning and development at Little Rey. Ideal candidates will have at least five years of progressive experience in restaurant operations, including a minimum of two years in management roles, enabling them to handle complex challenges and drive performance.

Rocket Farm offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, dependent on experience, complemented by a generous quarterly bonus structure.
