Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years of progressive restaurant experience
  • At least two years in a management role
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to upholding company culture and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Five years of progressive restaurant experience preferred
  • At least two years of management experience
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant operations in collaboration with the General Manager
  • Control seating and oversee menu changes to maximize revenue
  • Anticipate and ensure guest satisfaction proactively
  • Train, mentor, and lead restaurant staff to success
  • Maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency
  • Foster a positive, open, and educational work environment
  • Manage daily restaurant activities in the absence of the General Manager
