Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of progressive restaurant experience
- At least two years in a management role
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Lead restaurant operations in collaboration with the General Manager
- Control seating and oversee menu changes to maximize revenue
- Anticipate and ensure guest satisfaction proactively
- Train, mentor, and lead restaurant staff to success
- Maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency
- Foster a positive, open, and educational work environment
- Manage daily restaurant activities in the absence of the General Manager
