Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to manage cash handling and financial reporting
- commitment to maintaining health and safety standards
- ability to motivate and develop a team

- Previous experience in a high volume, quick service or fast casual restaurant environment preferred

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- prep, cook, and serve food
- work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- provide direction and regular feedback to colleagues, ensuring all job duties are performed to standard
- accurately manage cashflow
- control costs through teaching proper use of paper, labor, food, and utilities
- monitor shift activity to ensure compliance with food and safety regulations
