Job Description

Little Caesars is one of the most recognized pizza restaurant chains in the world, built on a strong foundation of family values, fun, and quality pizza. Established over 60 years ago, it remains a family-owned and operated business committed to delivering delicious pizzas to customers while fostering a welcoming and enjoyable workplace environment. The company prides itself on a culture that balances hard work with a sense of fun, recognizing and celebrating individual and team successes along the way. Little Caesars is known not just for its pizza but also for its dedication to employee development and growth opportunities, offering a supportive atmosphere where team members can thrive and advance their careers. The company emphasizes small-town values despite being a big name in the global pizza marketplace.

This role is for a Little Caesars Co-Manager, a position integral to the success of individual stores and overall customer satisfaction. As a co-manager, you will be part of the dynamic environment of a fast-paced quick-service restaurant, taking leadership responsibilities that impact the operational and financial success of the store. At a competitive pay rate of $23.00 per hour, this role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and the benefit of free pizza weekly, making it a rewarding opportunity for those who enjoy working with food and people in a fast-moving setting.

The Co-Manager position involves overseeing the daily activities of the store including food preparation, cooking, serving customers, managing cash flow accurately, and adhering to health and safety regulations. You will provide direction and regular feedback to team members, ensuring all work is performed to standard while maintaining a fun and engaging work environment. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills, as well as a cheerful outlook and outstanding work ethic. The role includes hands-on responsibilities in a busy, high-volume restaurant that demands quick thinking and the ability to manage unexpected occurrences with professionalism and efficiency.

The opportunity also comes with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans with company matching, paid time off, advanced technology systems, and the chance to wear jeans every day with company-provided shirts and hats. On-site training and advancement opportunities are available for hard working managers who aspire to progress to General Manager, Area Supervisor, and beyond. Little Caesars is committed to equal employment opportunities and fostering a diverse workforce, making it a great place for candidates from various backgrounds to grow their careers. This is more than just a job; it's a chance to be part of a family that values your contributions and supports your professional journey.
