The role of Beverage Stock Attendant at Caesars is critical to maintaining seamless beverage operations across the company's beverage outlets. This position involves managing stock levels according to established par levels and procedures, ensuring that all beverage needs are met reliably and efficiently. The individual serving in this role will be responsible for the transportation of supplies, restocking refrigerators, replacing beer kegs and CO2 tanks, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of bars and storage areas. The role demands a proactive approach to communication, with daily reporting to the Food and Beverage Supervisor and adherence to strict liquor laws and safety standards. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write and communicate verbally
- Ability to perform basic math
- Knowledge of all liquor laws and regulations concerning service of alcoholic beverages
- Ability to enter orders into computer and check if ordered items are received
- Required to hold a valid alcohol awareness card
- Work performed in areas with varying temperatures, noise and lighting
- Work may involve 3-ft. access areas
- Use of small ladder or footstool required
- Chemical usage
- Constant contact with staff and guests
- Mobile 100% of the shift
- Occasional kneeling, crawling, pushing, pulling and maneuvering weights up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching from floor to 6 ft. height
- Requires simple reading, writing, and math skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write and communicate verbally
- Ability to perform basic math
- Knowledge of all liquor laws and regulations concerning service of alcoholic beverages
- Ability to enter orders into computer and check if ordered items are received
- Required to hold a valid alcohol awareness card
Job Duties
- Stock refrigerator units with all beverages
- Replace empty beer kegs and CO2 tanks with full ones
- Change out and insert hose couplings into fittings of boxes of syrups and soda
- Adhere to specified par stock ordering procedures
- Report to Food and Beverage Supervisor on duty for daily assignments
- Transport and maintain beer, soda, bags, boxes, glassware or any item needed at assigned bars
- Clean and maintain work areas such as floors, drains and bars
- Maintain proper uniform, ID badge, and nametag
