The company plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional experiences during Keeneland's live race meets and special events by providing top-tier food and beverage services to visitors and guests. As a cornerstone of the horse racing community, Keeneland Hospitality is committed to maintaining excellence in all aspects of its operations, including beverage management to support the large-scale, dynamic environment of race days and special occasions. Keeneland is widely appreciated for its blend of tradition, community involvement, and dedication to quality hospitality, serving thousands of patrons each event season.

The Liquor Room Attendant position at Keeneland Hospitality is a vital role focused on the organization, stocking, and distribution of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages necessary for bar and service areas throughout the property. This role is essential in ensuring that the beverage operations run efficiently and smoothly, playing a behind-the-scenes but crucial part in facilitating seamless service throughout high-volume race events. The role mandates a keen eye for detail, strict adherence to inventory accuracy, and careful execution of beverage handling protocols to meet health, safety, and compliance standards. The Liquor Room Attendant is responsible for receiving deliveries, properly storing beverages, managing product rotation to maintain freshness, and assisting with inventory audits and record keeping.

In addition to physical tasks such as lifting and moving product cases and kegs, the role demands an individual who is reliable, organized, and able to work under pressure during busy event periods. Flexibility in working hours is necessary, as race meet schedules often require early mornings, nights, weekends, and holiday shifts. This position supports the Beverage Manager by monitoring inventory levels and communicating shortages, ensuring all service locations are consistently stocked and ready for operation. Keeneland Hospitality welcomes individuals who bring professionalism, accuracy, and enthusiasm to this supportive yet dynamic role, contributing directly to the success of highly visible public events that define Keeneland's reputation.

Overall, the Liquor Room Attendant at Keeneland Hospitality offers an opportunity to join a prestigious establishment with deep roots in the horse racing industry while contributing to the smooth operation of beverage service at one of the Southeast's most respected racing venues.
