We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Front Desk Agents. This role is available for both full-time and part-time employment, with open availability required for morning and mid shifts including weekends. As a Front Desk Agent, you will serve as the ultimate ambassador for our hotel, being responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from the moment they arrive through their entire stay and at check-out. Your primary focus will be on creating warm, welcoming interactions that leave lasting positive impressions, mastering the art of smooth check-ins, efficient reservations management, and friendly farewells. Working at the front desk requires exceptional multitasking abilities as you handle reservations, guest requests, and any unexpected situations gracefully and professionally. You will be the face of Lions Gate Hotel, ensuring that every guest feels valued and well-cared-for, contributing significantly to the overall reputation and success of the property.

The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to think quickly on your feet to solve problems, and a helpful, service-oriented attitude. You will coordinate with various hotel departments to fulfill requests, manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and maintain accurate financial transactions. Previous experience in hospitality, familiarity with hotel management software, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are highly preferred to thrive in this position.
