This is a contract-based position (1099 exempt) offering flexibility with remote work options and potential travel across the South Central Region, mainly based in Texas. The primary responsibility is to deliver captivating keynote and guest speaking engagements that align with the strategic messaging and objectives of educational events, corporate summits, academic forums, and community occasions.

LinkedIn Speakers Bureau professionals at ProSidian specialize in providing insightful, motivational storytelling and strategic communications that educate, inspire, and energize audiences. The speaker's content is highly customized to resonate with the specific themes and goals of each event, ensuring impactful knowledge transfer and engaging audience interaction. This role maximizes the speaker’s expertise in human capital solutions and leadership development within the educational and academic context, addressing critical topics such as procurement practices, leadership training, and professional development.

Ideal candidates will bring relevant experience from education or academia sectors along with a strong background in public speaking and subject matter authority. The role demands compelling presentation delivery and emotional storytelling skills to foster audience connection and purposeful engagement. Speakers will also contribute to pre-event preparation, internal leadership briefings, and post-event resource development, supporting comprehensive event success and client satisfaction.

Working within ProSidian’s culture of continuous learning, leadership, client service, and innovation, LinkedIn Keynote/Guest Speakers are expected to demonstrate strong personal and professional competencies, including resilience, cultural awareness, strategic insight, and effective communication. This role is vital in reinforcing ProSidian’s commitment to excellence and thought leadership in the consulting industry, particularly within professional and management development training initiatives.
