Job Duties
- Prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate quickly in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Lead team and work together to collectively execute all daily tasks
- Assist in the creation of the prep list
- Prepare food according to production schedules
- Maintain proper labeling, storing and rotation of food products
- Maintain daily production records and counts
- Assist in the production, prep and assembly of catering orders
- Maintain food temperature log
- Assist in the receiving of food and supplies
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks
- Wash dishes
- Operate POS system to accept online, in-person and third-party orders
