Job Requirements
- Obtain Food Handler Certification promptly upon hire in accordance with EPL policy and state regulations
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required
- Bilingual is preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Work collaboratively with restaurant team members and management to achieve operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards
- Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and helpful manner
- Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction
- Assist in preparing food items in strict compliance with company recipes and procedures, including preparation and assembly of menu items, shredding chicken, preparing salsa and dressing, and packing condiments
- Process and assemble customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Use suggestive selling to complete the customer experience and increase sales
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations
