Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Basic culinary skills including knife and prep work
  • Availability to work AM shifts on weekends
  • Commitment to maintaining sanitation and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience
  • Solid foundation in culinary skills including knife and prep work
  • Ability to perform flat-top cooking and other cooking techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high culinary standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following culinary standards
  • Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Collaborate with the virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Stand for extended periods and manage kitchen tasks efficiently
  • Ensure timely preparation and plating of meals
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work stations
  • Follow recipes and portion control guidelines strictly
