- obtain Food Handler Certification promptly upon hire
- previous experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required

Job Duties
- work collaboratively with restaurant team members and management to achieve operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards
- greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and helpful manner
- continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction
- assist in preparing food items in strict compliance with company recipes and procedures, which may include preparation and assembly of various menu items, shredding chicken, preparing salsa or dressing, and packing condiments
- process and assemble customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- use suggestive selling to complete the customer experience and increase sales
- perform other duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations
