The Line Cook & Prep Assistant position at Mir Tapas is a unique opportunity for culinary professionals who wish to grow and showcase their skills in a focused kitchen setting. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments and who can efficiently balance both the preparation and execution aspects of food service. The successful candidate will start the day by engaging in morning prep work essential to setting up the kitchen for service, ensuring that all ingredients are ready and stations are organized. During service periods, from Thursday through Sunday, the cook will be responsible for line cooking duties which require attention to detail, consistency, and adherence to the restaurant’s standards in food quality and presentation.

This role demands excellent communication skills to coordinate smoothly with other kitchen team members, maintain the workflow, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
