- prior experience as a line/prep cook preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties

Job Duties
- Assist with food preparation including cutting, chopping, and measuring ingredients
- cook and plate meals according to established recipes and presentation standards
- follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient service
- cleaning consistently including scrubbing walls and floors
- assist with dishwashing when needed
