Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality or culinary
- Must obtain valid Food Handler's Certification within first week of employment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform demanding kitchen tasks including lifting and standing
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow directions and work well within a team environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations to ensure a smooth operation
- Prepare food by cleaning, cutting, and portioning ingredients for service
- Help cook and prepare main dishes, appetizers, desserts, and snacks
- Collaborate with servers and the kitchen team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
- Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas at the end of shifts
- Ensure kitchen operations and hygiene adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Participate in the preparation and service of food at private events, as assigned by the leadership team
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on event needs
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to maintain kitchen efficiency and quality
