Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality or culinary
  • Must obtain valid Food Handler's Certification within first week of employment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform demanding kitchen tasks including lifting and standing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions and work well within a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
  • 1+ year of hospitality or culinary experience preferred
  • Valid Food Handler's Certification must be obtained within the first week of employment
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to take direction and work collaboratively with a team

Job Duties

  • Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations to ensure a smooth operation
  • Prepare food by cleaning, cutting, and portioning ingredients for service
  • Help cook and prepare main dishes, appetizers, desserts, and snacks
  • Collaborate with servers and the kitchen team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas at the end of shifts
  • Ensure kitchen operations and hygiene adhere to food safety standards and regulations
  • Participate in the preparation and service of food at private events, as assigned by the leadership team
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on event needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to maintain kitchen efficiency and quality
