- At least one year of culinary experience
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and dicing
- Ability to work flexible hours including day and evening shifts
- Willingness to relocate to Jacksonville, FL 32246 before starting work
- Capability to commute to the work location
- Effective communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties

Job Duties
- Waiting on customers and preparing orders
- Prepping food for all workstations
- Cross training all positions of the front and back of the house
- Assist in the preparation of meals by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as directed by the head chef
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Organize and maintain inventory of kitchen supplies, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service
- Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and equipment after use to uphold hygiene standards
- Support the dietary department by preparing specialized meals according to dietary restrictions when necessary
