Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one-year hospitality experience in housekeeping
- ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
- effective communication skills
- ability to work independently and in a team
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- adherence to hotel standards and safety protocols

Job Duties
- stock linen closets throughout the hotel
- assist room attendants
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest and employee areas
- vacuum and clean elevator landings and hallways
- remove trash and recycling
- collect and transport dirty glassware and return clean glassware
- notify supervisor of maintenance or guest room issues
- assist with stripping check out rooms
- remove soiled linen, trash, and recycling
- restock linen and supply closets
- deliver additional linen to room attendants
- provide information and service to guests
- complete periodical tasks and special projects
- perform inventory on housekeeping items
- handle guest complaints and fulfill requests
- use cleaning products properly
- follow all safety and covid protocols
- report security and safety issues
- work as part of a team
- follow hotel policies and procedures
- provide genuine hospitality and exceed guest expectations
- resolve guest problems with empathy
- perform other duties as required
