Now, In-N-Out Burger is inviting dedicated individuals to join their family as full-time Linen Delivery Drivers based in their Lathrop, CA warehouse. This role is integral to maintaining the company’s high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency across its restaurants. The Linen Delivery Driver will take responsibility for transporting clean linens to and from the Lathrop warehouse and various In-N-Out Burger locations across Northern California. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position that offers a competitive pay range of $25 to $27 per hour, depending on experience and job-related factors. The work schedule includes four nights per week on a rotating shift from 1:00 am to 11:30 am, with weekend and holiday availability required.

The Linen Delivery Driver position involves operating a step van to load, deliver, and collect linen supplies. Duties include loading clean linen at the warehouse, delivering and hanging linen at In-N-Out stores, collecting soiled linen, and returning it to the warehouse for unloading. The role demands driving 200 to 400 miles per shift around Northern California, requiring stamina and dedication to cover extensive routes efficiently. Physical responsibilities include frequent lifting of loads weighing between 60 to 75 pounds, as well as standing, stooping, bending, reaching, climbing, pulling, and kneeling to manage linen handling effectively.
