Job Duties
- receive clean linen from the laundry and distribute throughout the hospital
- remove soiled linen from the floors and relocate to area for pickup by laundry truck
- maintain cleanliness and organization of linen storage areas
- ensure timely delivery of clean linen to various hospital departments
- follow hospital protocols for handling and transporting linens
- assist with inventory management of linen supplies
- support infection control by handling soiled linens safely
