  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to perform basic math
  • previous hotel housekeeping experience is a plus
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to effectively communicate with the guest and provide assistance when needed
  • highly responsible and reliable
  • ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • ability to manage time effectively and meet departmental and company standards

  • Issue, receive, and control linens, uniforms and paperwork
