The role of a Line/Grill Cook at Cotton Patch Cafe offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic kitchen environment where innovation and consistency are key. Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Proven grill/fryer station experience
  • confidence cooking proteins to temp
  • Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
  • Food handler certification required
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Proven grill/fryer station experience

Job Duties

  • Execute all grill and fryer items to temperature and spec
  • Set up, maintain, and break down your station for every shift
  • Communicate clearly with expo, front-of-house, and kitchen team
  • Follow all food safety, temperature, and sanitation standards
  • Assist with prep tasks and cross-station coverage as needed
