Job Requirements
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- proven grill/fryer station experience
- confidence cooking proteins to temp
- strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- ability to work efficiently and stay composed during high-volume service
- food handler certification required
- able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
