Job Requirements
- 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven grill/fryer station experience
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently and stay composed during high-volume service
- Food handler certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications

- Confidence cooking proteins to temp
- Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques

Job Duties
- Execute all grill and fryer items to temperature and spec
- Set up, maintain, and break down your station for every shift
- Communicate clearly with expo, front-of-house, and kitchen team
- Follow all food safety, temperature, and sanitation standards
- Assist with prep tasks and cross-station coverage as needed
