We are currently seeking experienced Line/Grill Cooks to join our kitchen team on a full-time or part-time basis with flexible scheduling options available. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in fast-paced kitchen settings and enjoy taking full ownership of their cooking station. As a Line/Grill Cook at Cotton Patch Cafe, you will be responsible for preparing grill and fryer menu items consistently and accurately, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of your station, and collaborating effectively with other kitchen and front-of-house team members. The position requires the ability to work efficiently under pressure during high-volume service times while upholding food safety, temperature, and sanitation standards.

Candidates who thrive in warm, fast-moving environments and have a strong background in line cooking techniques, especially with grill and fryer stations, will find this role gratifying and challenging. You will also be involved in preparation tasks and may occasionally assist with cross-station coverage to ensure seamless kitchen operations. Physical stamina is important for this position because it involves standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Food handler certification is required, reflecting our priority on food safety and regulatory compliance.
