Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
  • basic knife skills and kitchen safety knowledge
  • willingness to learn and adapt to different restaurant concepts
  • reliable and punctual
  • legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a line cook or similar kitchen role preferred
  • knowledge of various cooking methods and kitchen equipment
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality food preparation
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • culinary certification or relevant food safety training is a plus

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • assist with food inventory control and stock rotation
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • coordinate with front-of-house staff for timely order delivery
  • support kitchen team during busy periods and restaurant openings
  • participate in ongoing culinary training and development
