Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- basic knife skills and kitchen safety knowledge
- willingness to learn and adapt to different restaurant concepts
- reliable and punctual
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a line cook or similar kitchen role preferred
- knowledge of various cooking methods and kitchen equipment
- strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality food preparation
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- culinary certification or relevant food safety training is a plus
Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- assist with food inventory control and stock rotation
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- coordinate with front-of-house staff for timely order delivery
- support kitchen team during busy periods and restaurant openings
- participate in ongoing culinary training and development
