The Line Server will participate actively in food preparation and service while maintaining rigorous hygiene and safety standards, including adherence to HACCP and OSHA guidelines, to promote a clean, safe, and efficient dining atmosphere.

Beyond the operational tasks, the role emphasizes professionalism and team collaboration, ensuring that each meal served meets the company’s quality standards and contributes positively to the overall patient experience. Morrison Healthcare offers various benefits to full-time and part-time employees, including retirement plans, associate shopping programs, health and wellness programs, identity theft protection, and additional insurance options such as pet, critical illness, accident, and hospital indemnity insurance. Full-time employees may also receive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, commuter benefits, employee assistance programs, and flexible spending accounts.

The company maintains a drug-free workplace and expects employees to perform their essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. This position may require background checks depending on the location.

This comprehensive role offers an excellent entry point for motivated individuals seeking to contribute to a healthcare environment through the essential service of quality food preparation and customer care.
