Morrison Living is currently hiring for part-time Line Server positions at their Croasdaile Village location in Durham, NC. This role offers a fixed pay rate of $15.00 per hour and involves working a part-time schedule primarily from Monday to Saturday between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and Sundays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. The Line Server plays a critical role in maintaining high service standards by preparing and serving food items in accordance with federal and state regulations as well as company policies. Responsibilities include ensuring food safety, sanitation, and quality while providing personalized customer service. This position requires previous serving experience, with a preference for candidates who have at least two years of experience in the field.

Job Duties

  • provide quality customer service by providing one-on-one attention to detail
  • participate in the preparation and service of food and beverage items adhering to company food standards for presentation, sanitation, safety and portion control
  • clean work area and equipment used in food preparation and service
  • follow all safety and sanitation procedures
  • deliver food items to and from main kitchen
  • promote clean, safe and neat environment for residents, self and staff
  • cooperate with staff of other departments in performing job duties
  • contribute to the team and exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others
  • perform other duties as assigned
