- Ability to follow directions and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Job Duties
- Provide quality customer service by offering one-on-one attention to detail
- Participate in the preparation and service of food and beverage items adhering to company food standards
- Maintain sanitation and safety by following HACCP and OSHA guidelines
- Control food portions accurately
- Clean work area and equipment used in food preparation and service
- Deliver food items to and from the main kitchen
- Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests and staff
- Cooperate with staff of other departments in performing job duties
- Exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others
- Perform other duties as assigned
