Job Requirements

  • 16 years of age or older
  • Passion for food and people
  • Energetic attitude and personality
  • Ability to take direction and work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks such as reaching, squatting, and bending
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced setting for up to six hours per shift
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Comfortable working around various food ingredients
  • ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain it)

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Passion for health-conscious food and community engagement

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them in building custom chef-inspired bowls
  • Inform guests about new menu items, making suggestions and highlighting the food ethos
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu offerings and answer guest questions confidently
  • Prepare bowls with accurate portioning and attention to presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service line and restaurant area
  • Adhere to food safety and cleanliness standards consistently
  • Perform opening, closing, and mid-shift duties as needed
