Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Passion for food and people
- Energetic attitude and personality
- Ability to follow directions and work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and reach, squat, and bend
- Ability to work up to 6 hours in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Able to work around various food ingredients and items
- ServSafe Food Handler Certification or willingness to get certified

Job Duties
- Welcome guests and inform them of new menu items
- Make suggestions and highlight the companys food ethos
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of all menu offerings and answer guest questions
- Help build bowls with accurate portioning
- Ensure food, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained
- Keep the restaurant service line and dining area clean and fresh
- Perform opening, closing, and mid-shift responsibilities as needed
