Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Passion for food and people
  • Energetic attitude and personality
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and reach, squat, and bend
  • Ability to work up to 6 hours in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Able to work around various food ingredients and items
  • ServSafe Food Handler Certification or willingness to get certified

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and inform them of new menu items
  • Make suggestions and highlight the companys food ethos
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of all menu offerings and answer guest questions
  • Help build bowls with accurate portioning
  • Ensure food, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained
  • Keep the restaurant service line and dining area clean and fresh
  • Perform opening, closing, and mid-shift responsibilities as needed
