Job Requirements

Minimum five years line service experience including fuel management and supervisory duties
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Zero tolerance drug free employer including pre-employment and random screening

Ability to work independently without direct supervision

Job Duties

Manage line service department prioritizing, assigning, and monitoring Line Service Professionals work
Oversee daily ramp operations to ensure safe and efficient aircraft handling, fueling operations, and ground support services
Review Line Service Professionals timecards/payroll, manage overtime, and ensure proper scheduling and staffing levels to support a 24/7 operation
Lead the hiring process to build and maintain a well-rounded team focused on safety, professionalism, and customer service
Coordinate and provide employee training to ensure proper training with documentation
Conduct performance reviews, coaching, motivating, and discipline when appropriate
Establish and promote a safety-oriented culture through observations, briefings, audits, meetings, and documentation
Facilitate excellent customer relations and use feedback to improve processes
Coordinate aircraft parking, storage, movement, and hangar arrangements anticipating operational needs
Implement and ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
Oversee facility startup, including security, vehicle maintenance, and equipment status
Manage fuel inventory, reconcile load receipts, and order fuel as needed
