Job Requirements

- Ability to lift heavy materials and carry loads
- Read and interpret work orders and production tickets
- Basic knowledge of material handling procedures
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to operate machinery such as balers
- Good interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Move raw materials from storage to work areas
- Read work orders and production tickets to determine materials to pull and move
- Use carts to transport materials
- Lift and carry materials to mattress assembly line
- Sort materials by size, type, style, color, or product code
- Record damaged or substituted materials
- Perform housekeeping and operate baler safely
- Respond professionally to coworkers' requests
