Job Requirements
- At least three years experience cooking in a restaurant kitchen preferred
- Food Safety/Food Handler certification required
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations
- Ability to successfully perform all job duties of Line Cook/Prep Cook role
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to multitask in accordance with business demands
Job Qualifications
- At least three years experience cooking in a restaurant kitchen preferred
- Demonstrated success in culinary excellence and food service hospitality
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and food safety procedures
- Preferred skills using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Food Safety/Food Handler certification required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and handle high stress situations
- Basic math skills
- Ability to multitask and work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Proficiency in English both oral and written
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- Monitor inventory and assist with food prep guidelines
- Collaborate with management to uphold food safety and quality standards
- Assist in special event food preparation and service
- Follow company policies, practices, and procedures consistently
- Communicate effectively with team members, guests, and management
