Santa Monica Seafood Company is currently seeking a full-time Line Cook to join their Santa Monica Retail Market and Café team. This position is ideal for a self-starter with leadership qualities who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. The Line Cook plays an essential role in the kitchen, working collaboratively with the culinary staff to prepare and present menu items that meet the company’s high standards for quality and taste. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and adaptability to fluctuating shifts, which may include days, nights, and weekends. This role demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds weekly and remain on their feet for extended periods.
