Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- basic knowledge of cooking techniques
- strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed
- assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- collaborate with kitchen staff to meet food quality and timing expectations
- adhere to company policies and workplace safety guidelines
- support other kitchen duties as assigned
