Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a similar culinary role
  • ability to understand and follow prep recipes and line build procedures
  • ability to apply common sense and carry out instructions
  • willingness to comply with company policies and training
  • physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 15 pounds
  • availability to work scheduled shifts
  • compliance with uniform standards and grooming requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • knowledge of food products, recipes, and preparation methods
  • mathematical skills for measuring and portion control
  • ability to follow standardized procedures and recipes
  • strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • completion of required food safety and sanitation training

Job Duties

  • Prep and prepare food according to recipes and quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of stations and equipment
  • adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
  • restock stations and ingredients as needed
  • ensure product freshness through labeling and dating
  • follow training guidelines and complete required certifications
  • work collaboratively within a team environment
  • handle volume and stress with composure
  • uphold uniform and hygiene standards
