We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Line Cooks to join our team on a part-time basis, working PM shifts from 4 pm to 11:30 pm. With hourly pay ranging from $19 to $23, this role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company that values your culinary skills and commitment. As a Line Cook at Salted, you will prepare and cook food items to perfection while adhering to our high culinary standards. You will maintain compliance with sanitation and safety regulations and collaborate closely with our virtual Front of House team to deliver outstanding dining experiences to our customers. Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years of line or prep experience
  • able to stand for extended periods
  • able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • availability to work part-time PM shifts from 4 pm to 11:30 pm
  • willingness to adhere to company cleanliness and safety standards
  • ability to collaborate with team members
  • valid work authorization

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years of line or prep experience
  • solid foundation in culinary skills including knife work and flat-top cooking
  • ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook food items to perfection following culinary standards
  • maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • collaborate with virtual Front of House team to ensure excellent dining experiences
  • follow all health and safety guidelines
  • manage food preparation tasks efficiently
  • assist with inventory and stock management
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace
