Job Requirements
- Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, and more
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following culinary standards
- maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- collaborate with virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- ensure kitchen equipment is clean and well-maintained
- manage food inventory and assist in receiving deliveries
- follow portion control guidelines to minimize waste
- assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
