Line cooks at Salted are responsible for preparing and cooking food items to meet the brand’s high culinary standards while maintaining compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. This role requires solid culinary skills, including proficiency in knife work, prep tasks, and flat-top cooking. Additionally, the position requires physical endurance, as standing for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are essential parts of the job.
